1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between kelaghar (https://kelaghar.bet) and all its users. kelaghar is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh.

These terms are published in both English and Bangla. In the event of any discrepancy, the Bangla version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If KYC verification documents are requested, they must be submitted within 7 business days.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

Kelaghar is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

• Kelaghar may request valid proof of identity at any time to verify your age.
• If a user is found to be underage, their account will be closed and any deposited funds will be returned.
• Registration is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited.

4 Deposits & Payments

Deposits at kelaghar can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500.
• Maximum single deposit: determined by account level.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• If you experience any payment issues, contact support within 24 hours.
• The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same mobile banking number.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Account verification must be completed before withdrawing funds from kelaghar. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies according to your account level.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Kelaghar reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if any suspicious transaction activity is detected.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 5x–30x).

7 Gaming Rules

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kelaghar platform and will result in account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Using any software bots or automation tools.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to attack, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Kelaghar may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide KYC verification documents within the required timeframe.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• In cases of extended inactivity (12 months or more).

If an account is closed, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded once the verification process is complete.
